Empower - Motivate - Build with After Care (EMBA)

Building the Economic Engine of the Nations.

There is an urge to build enterprises and entrepreneurs in each First Nation

There are resources available from all levels of governments

There is no structure to develop entrepreneurs and prepare them to access the resources

IIE was formed to bridge this gap with EMBA Program – Empower, Motivate, Build and After Care

The Philosophy and Principles and Guidelines of the EMBA Training Program

Four Components To The Program

The EMBA Program has four components as follows:

  1. E – Empower…planting the seed

  2. M – Motivate…setting the Vision of the Enterprise

  3. B – Build…Construction of the Enterprise

  4. A – After Care…Launching the Enterprise with seamless, interactive care, harvesting

Though these four components of Empower, Motivate, Build with After Care appear to be separate, they are not separate, they cannot be separate.

They are one body with various parts. Like when we stub our toe, our whole body is affected. The toe is not the only one that gets hurt.

Trainees Get a Full View of Their Life's Task

These four components are the Enterprise and the first course of IIE in the Training Program will be to train the Trainees through the Curriculum below, they can get a full view of their life’s task, their vocation before they enter into the launching of it.

The Four Components are inseparable

These components are inseparable, and they cannot be taught separately or practiced separately. When the Trainees are empowered, they are Empowered to be motivated to Build their Enterprise and launch with After Care.

It is an atonceness. Like when the toe is stubbed, the whole body hurts. When the feet are massaged, the whole body feels comfortable.

Empowerment Touches The Whole Program

An Enterprise is a body with Consciousness and a Mission and a Vision.

The first four weeks of the training will start with Empowerment. However, it will touch the whole Curriculum to the Trainees to get a clear-cut understanding of their journey.
