3 Phase Entrepreneurship Development Program

The Program

This Program is designed to make Entrepreneurs by developing self-confidence, both by theory and by practice.

To give the candidate the knowledge and the wisdom of how to apply the knowledge by demonstration and by practical exercises. This process will include the building of an actual business for them which they can run on their own. They can start their business within 7 days from engagement.

Persistence

The power of persistence will be infused in the candidate with the development of a vision for their life and how they will make their family happy, prosperous and secure.

Persistence is flamed by the motivation of love for family, children and partners; more than self-love.

Phase 1

How this program aims to accomplish the three major requirements in becoming an Entrepreneur

Three Indispensable Requirements for the Making of an Entrepreneur:

Self Confidence
Knowledge
Persistence

For Whom was this Program Planned?

For people who have never been in business before.
Who have gone through negative social experiences and emotional traumas
And wants to regain self-reliance by becoming an Entrepreneur guided step-by-step with ongoing support.
Individuals who see no prospect at the moment of being gainfully employed

This Program is primarily designed to empower the individual by raising their belief level, self-confidence and self-esteem. Then consolidating their raised confidence level by building a business with them with hands-on training and with name brand association such as Amazon.

It is observed that without Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem all knowledge and entrepreneur training will be like water on a duck’s back and ineffective.

Methods with which this is to be accomplished

1)By realizing Self-Identity and relationship with the Universe. (Capacity Building)

2) They will be guided to create a Vision for their life through entrepreneurship.

3) Having a business ready for them to apply is a sine qua non or a given for developing Self-Confidence, finding Self-Identity and raising belief level. It is like priming the pump.

How This Is To Be Accomplished

By actually building a business with them with hands-on training and handing them a ready-made website to commence their business, with products, in partnership with Amazon as an Associate. Amazon is one of the world’s biggest retailers/wholesalers.

The Trainees will be involved in marketing their own website

Amazon will take care of the entire sales process from packaging and delivery, receipt of payment and customer relations management.

The Trainee Will Observe and Learn and Earn from this Experiene

The candidate will experience marketing in its truest essence which they could not learn from any classroom or college. It will build self-confidence, self-esteem and cut out years of learning curve of business.

This is what they are going to experience

They will not need to carry any inventory (Amazon will carry inventory for them)
They can choose any products from any categories among hundreds of thousands of products that Amazon carries. And sell it to the world through their 9 major warehouses located around the world
They do not have to buy any inventory up front
Amazon will receive payment, process orders on their behalf and send them their portion of the income by cheques every 2 weeks.
Amazon will fulfill the orders of their customers
Amazon will handle returns if any
Amazon will also follow through with customer relations management

This training is like an apprenticeship in entrepreneurship

This experience is a prerequisite to the next step.

In this business, risk level is minimum to zero and income level will not be as high. The purpose is to acquire the experience of developing a business the fastest way possible. The knowledge of business will be extremely high to enter into the next phase of the program.

Phase 2

Amazon Sells the Trainees Products

In this phase the Trainee will still partner with Amazon only with one difference:

Now Amazon will sell the candidate’s products and fulfill the orders of the candidate by shipping, handling and customer relations management. It is the reversal.

Trainee selects products and sets the selling price of the product
Trainee buys in small quantities from manufacturers/wholesalers/Distributors
Trainee ships the products to Amazon’s warehouse
Amazon puts it up on their website
When orders come in, Amazon processes payments using their payment gateways.
Amazon picks and packs and ships out the order with Amazon’s special discounted rate of shipping (sometimes free shipping)
Amazon handles returns if any
Amazon handles customer relations
This process will give the Trainee almost 80% of the sales proceeds as opposed to almost 5-10% in Phase 1

The ice would be broken in phase 1

From Phase 1 they would have learnt how global retail marketing works dispensing with long learning curves and theories which is the killer of entrepreneurial spirit.

This process will accomplish the 3 goals of this Program:

Self Confidence
Knowledge
Persistence

The Trainee Gains Confidence

The Trainee will gain confidence to enter phase 2 where they will need to buy the products and make minimal investments in inventory from $1000 – $5,000, depending on what they would like to market.

During this Phase 2 we will give them the following training:

How to source and select Products and make it ready to be placed in the market
This will be done through our training on “Fast Track Into Your Own No-Capital Import/Export and Internet Marketing Business”.

Phase 3

The Trainee Builds Their Own Website

This training will develop Confidence in going to the Phase 3 of an Entrepreneur’s career. While the Trainees business will be running in various websites through Amazon:

Selling Amazon products as an Affiliate on commission
The Trainee selling their products through Amazon and paying Amazon a fee for management
They will also be now ready to build their own website with their own products wholesaling as well as retailing under their own banner and building a property in their business for resale.

These 3 Phases can be run from anywhere in the world.

No history of business in the family
