Education is not information gathering. It is drawing or educing out of a person to interpret the information, to innovate and create according to our Ancestral Teachings.

The Western Educational Institutions of Today

Since traditional educational institutions are not fully able to deliver the skills to develop in the individual to innovate, create and build a new re-imagined life, IIE with its traditional teachings of the Ancestors from stories has developed this EMBA Program to fill the gap.

Traditional Education

In the Western World Education is conceived as a learning process to memorize and then regurgitate to get the diploma.

Innovative thinking is not encouraged. To question a scientific theory is sacrilegious and often penalized. The traditions of the Indigenous People has always encouraged the opposite – to think for themselves. A new way of approaching things

Education

Education is beyond earning degrees, to draw forth from the individual the power latent in that person. To educe means to take out, develop attitudes of giving to society and to community.

Education does not make an entrepreneur. It draws forth in the individual the spirit of entrepreneurism. Ford or Edison or the Wright Brothers who developed the airplane did not have University Degrees and they are the temple of economic development and entrepreneurship.
