What is Empower?
We believe as per our Ancestral Teachings that each one of us has an innate, infinite power within us which lies latent in each one of us.
Like water which is power itself, when stirred up produces electricity (hydro electricity) and that electricity moves the world and runs our daily life from cooking to computing. We awaken this power with our traditional teachings.
The same way that we ignite the wood to build a fire. We don’t give fire to the wood, the wood already has the fire in it. So, in each one of our clients we empower with the fire of desire and with the oxygen for the longing of a meaningful secure life.
For the fire to burn, we first have to dry the dampness of pain in the wood of their past history (healing) and the medicine is hope. That’s the intervention. With the hope of giving their family the greatest right that the Creator has endowed upon us. The right to choose whatever we want to be, do and have.
Our Ancient Teachings
According to our ancient teachings from our Elders against the backdrop of Unity, everything that we create has to have four elements:
- Fire – Desire, the longing of Being – Empower
- Water – The Substance, the Energy – Motivate
- Air – Breath of Life; the Oxygen; the Vision (Fire without Oxygen is impossible) – Build
- Earth – We solidify the Fire and Congeal the Desire into Manifestation – After Care
Motivate
The Youth and the Adults know who they are, they find meaning in their life. Their belief level is raised to aspire, to take charge of their own life. They realize the powerplant within each one of them to switch on, to setting goals and visions. To know they can accomplish anything if they can believe in it.
Building Enterprise
They will set goals and visions of their own of an enterprise in consultation with us, with the first Phase of training EMPOWER.
Show them step by step how to build an idea into a Vision and sculpture it in their hearts and minds and see it being done.
We metaphorically hold their hands and give them the MOTIVATION to switch on their power. Like when we flip on the switch in our homes, we automatically through a series of connections access the powerplant which generates the power. The same way we give them the switch of showing them the possibilities, creating the motive to switch on their Motivation to move. To give them a property in their hearts and minds of an enterprise.
Healing From The Ravages Of The Past
This can only be achieved if they can believe in it. They have to be healed from the ravages of the past few hundred years of oppression. The medicine is Empowerment and the booster shot is the Motive to complete the Vaccination from negativity of the surrounding world.
The possibilities are unlimited. We need to find a calling in each one of them. This calling is the invocation in the ocean of possibilities which becomes our vocation.

In consultation with our clients – Youth and Adults – After they have gone through “Empower and Motivate” – we help them to consolidate their goals and visions of their own life.
We help them to visualize the enterprise with the Fire of Desire, Unveil the Motivation of Self-Confidence to pin point a picture of an enterprise with its milestones and Rite of Passage:
- Romance with Enterprise
- Conception of an Enterprise
- Birth of an Enterprise
- The Cradle of the Enterprise
- The Launch of the Enterprise (Walking Out Ceremony)
- The Maturity of the Enterprise (Becoming the Elder)
- Being Ready to Transfer their Enterprise to Children, Grandchildren and Family
Building the Business Plan
At this stage, our clients, Youth and Adults, are ready to formulate the Business Plan with the Vision of an Entrepreneur.
We help them Build a Business Plan in consultation with them – not only to get the funding but how to run and expand their business with its milestones. We give them a strategic plan which is how to handle unexpected events which is common in every enterprise.
Building Their Curriculum and Their Platform
After their Business Plan has been approved we will guide them through, in consultation with them, to build their Curriculum and their Platform which will show up as their Website and Webstore.
After Care
They Will Not Be Left Alone
A building once constructed, an enterprise once built, has to be maintained with AFTER CARE.
We create a mechanism for our clients for their own maintenance and After Care of their enterprise with continuous help.
We set up the mechanism, how to access After Care smoothly and seamlessly. They will not be left alone. Metaphorically again, we will hold their hands whenever they need it and guide them through the potholes and even the hell holes that any enterprise encounters.
Growing Their Enterprise
They will go through teething pains and they will go through puberty of their business and the After Care is equipped to take care of it till they reach Adulthood.
Even after that, we will be there with the same mechanism of growing their enterprises.
Tool Box
They will be provided with a Tool Box which all builders require for daily maintenance.
The Tool Box will be comprised of the four basic elements of our EMBA Program
